Last March, Auburn earned its first No. 1 overall seed in program history after a historic regular season that saw the Tigers bring home their third SEC regular-season title in six seasons.
While Steven Pearl's squad hasn't started as hot this season, that can be due to who they have played, with the two losses coming to then-No. 1 Houston and No. 3 Michigan. The No. 20 Tigers have quality wins over Oregon and No. 24 St. John's, and with matchups against NC State and No. 1 Purdue coming up, Auburn will have a shot at earning more.
