AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn picked up wins number seven and eight on the season by defeating Bryant, 13-4, in game one and following it with a 3-1 win against the Bulldogs in game two of Saturday’s doubleheader at Plainsman Park.
With an 8-0 record, Auburn continues its best start to a season since beginning the 2001 campaign with a 13-0 mark. The Tigers’ 8-0 record marks the sixth time the team has started a season with eight or more consecutive wins.
