Auburn is kicking off its gauntlet of an SEC schedule on Saturday (3:30 p.m. ET, CBS). The (real) Tigers started the season with a hard-fought top-10 opponent in Washington. LSU did the same thing in its season opener with a 33-17 throttling of then-No. 8 Miami.
We enjoyed the win and Auburn took it easy against an overmatched Alabama State team, but this week, the Tigers get down to business. It should be a great matchup with both sides trying to prove themselves in the college football world that they belong among the elite this year.
