Auburn football could be in the driver’s seat in landing a 4-star recruit at a position of need because of their own 4-star recruit who just made his Jordan-Hare Stadium debut less than 10 days ago.
The former is a recent transfer portal entry from Texas A&M by the name of Shadrach Banks, and the latter is the Tigers’ own third-string quarterback Dematrius Davis.
Banks is a 2021 recruit who just withdrew from the TAMU football program following the conclusion of their Spring camp.
