According to the university, the 44,000 square-foot facility includes recruiting space for football and Olympic sports. The multi-level space located in the southwest corner of Jordan-Hare Stadium also has new club space for fans and a new press box for the media. As you will see in photos taken by some of the media members, the building has a bigger locker room for the Auburn football team.
Gus Malzahn said the players have been impressed with what they’ve experienced in the short time they’ve been exposed to the new facility.
“Our locker room is completely different than it was,” he said, according to Brandon Marcello of AuburnUndercover.
