War Eagle everybody! It’s time now for the Acid Reign Report on Auburn’s 18-13 win over LSU. Auburn failed to score a touchdown in this game, but prevailed upon the leg of kicker Daniel Carlson, who kicked 6 field goals, to account for all of Auburn’s points. The 6 field goals ties a record set back in 1982 by Al Del Greco, who set the record vs. Kentucky. Carlson is well on pace to become the highest scoring player in Auburn history.
It was a wild game. I never thought I’d be writing those words, in a game with no Auburn touchdowns!
