The Auburn basketball fanbase–the Jungle–has had quite a difficult 2020-21 stretch.
It all began when the Tigers had their 2020 season cut short. Obviously, every team in the NCAA suffered the same fate, but no team had built up more momentum as a program than Auburn. Two consecutive NCAA appearances and a Final Four in 2019 had the program heading towards elite status.
That was all curtailed when the coronavirus arrived stateside and wiped away the first March Madness of the “roaring twenties”.
