He wanted 4* ATH Cam’Ron Kelly and stayed after the talented athlete until he could get him on a visit in July. That changed everything. Kelly backed away from his Virginia Tech pledge and then announced his intentions to sign with Auburn. North Carolina made a late push but it was for naught as today Kelly officially signed with the Tigers.
Kelly was a star QB at Oscar Smith in Chesapeake, VA but also played some defensive back.
