AUBURN, Ala. – If three-star safety Jamien Sherwood ultimately commits and signs with Auburn, early playing time will be a big reason why.
Sherwood told GN at Auburn’s Big Cat Weekend on Saturday that he believes he could climb the depth chart quickly with the Tigers.
“This school and some others have a low depth chart and they like my ability,” Sherwood said. “If this was my choice, I could work and be number one.”
Currently, the 6-foot-2, 195-pound Sherwood, from Jensen Beach (Fla.) High, said Auburn is among his leading choices, along with other top schools across the nation.
