Auburn wanted at least one JUCO defensive back in this class to add immediate help to next year’s secondary. In August, they got their man when they landed a commitment from 3-star Kamal Hadden.
Following the news of Gus Malzahn’s dismissal, Hadden was initially hesitant on whether he would sign or not. Understandable especially for a JUCO player who has less eligibility remaining to make an impact. But Wednesday afternoon Hadden confirmed that he would stick to his pledge and sign.
Now he’s officially an Auburn Tiger.
