With the resumption of play announced by MLS, we can now turn our attention to the field and what Atlanta United’s outlook for the rest of 2020 is. The Five Stripes have already made big moves on the heels of a putrid showing in the MLS is Back Tournament.
Most notable is obviously parting ways with manager Frank de Boer. They’ve also brought in two experienced Liga MX attackers in Jurgen Damm and Cubo Torres to help right the ship this season.
With the MLS secondary transfer window opening on August 12 (closes October 29), could Atlanta add another piece or two for their playoff push?
