Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta wins naming rights to Atlanta United training ground

With three days to go before Atlanta United kicks off their inaugural season against the New York Red Bulls at Bobby Dodd Stadium, the team announced that they have come to a naming rights agreement with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for their new training ground on Franklin Gateway in Marietta near I-75.

The complex, which will be called the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground, is being billed as one of the most state-of-the-art and technologically advanced facilities of its kind in the country. While its primary focus will be to develop the senior roster, it will be used by Atlanta United FC Academy and will also host several soccer tournaments on its six fields.
