As a part of March to Soccer, Atlanta United teamed up with Leesa Sleep to donate 227 mattresses, sheets and fan-donated toiletries to Atlanta Mission’s Women’s & Children’s’ Shelter “My Sister’s House.” Spear-headed by Atlanta United goalkeeper Brad Guzan, with the help of Atlanta United midfielder Julian Gressel, ATL UTD 2 defenders AJ Cochran and Jack Metcalf and AMB Sports & Entertainment volunteers, participants delivered the donated mattresses, served dinner and played with children at the shelter on Monday.
“I’ve been very fortunate to not only team up with Leesa Sleep but also Atlanta Mission who does great work for the community here in Atlanta,” Guzan said.
