Dion Pereira’s contract with the club has been terminated. Pereira’s desire was to return home and the club was unable to find an interested buyer, so they agreed to cut him loose to explore other opportunities.

“After speaking with Dion, we agreed that this was the best solution as he expressed an interest in returning to England for personal reasons,” said Atlanta United Vice President and Technical Director Carlos Bocanegra.
