Last time it was the precursor to Frank de Boer being announced, this time Atlanta United are teasing something big again. They dropped another late night tweet hinting that something big could be coming soon. “Another [Star Emoji] for Chapter 3” the caption read along with a short video clip of a shadowy figure controlling a soccer ball with their left foot.
Obviously we all know what this is about. Atlanta United have signed James Rodriguez. That’s totally it.
Something big is coming, another possible hint was dropped earlier in the day pointing towards when we could expect said announcement:
Although, knowing Atlanta United and Darren Eales, this all could be leading up to the announcement that the club has hired someone with the last name “Star” to be the assistant waterboy.
