Atlanta United today announced the club’s 2021 preseason plans ahead of its season opener on April 6 against LD Alajuelense in the Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League. The MLS Regular Season is scheduled to start on April 17 with the full schedule to be released later by the league.
Atlanta United began its training camp Wednesday, Feb. 24, and will continue to train at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground in Marietta. The team will stay in Atlanta for the duration of its preseason and is scheduled to play four preseason friendlies, beginning with South Georgia Tormenta FC on Saturday, March 13.
