Atlanta United 2 announced the signing of four players ahead of the 2021 USL season. The club has added Darwin Matheus, Matias Benitez, Conner Stanley, and Chris Allan to the roster.
Matheus, a 19-year-old winger, joins the club on a transfer from Venezuelan club Zamora FC.
Benitez, 20, is being loaned to the 2’s from River Plate’s reserve team. He is primarily a forward.
Stanley joins the club on loan from Manchester United. He is a 19-year-old forward with international experience with the England U-23’s.
Finally, Allan is a 22-year-old midfielder who came up in Sunderland’s academy before coming to the U.
