Trae Young reportedly has been invited to participate in the NBA 3-Point Contest and Skills Challenge during All-Star weekend in February, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
As of Tuesday afternoon, when asked if he had been invited to the 3-Point Contest and Skills Challenge, Young said that was the first he had heard of it (he had been practicing), but added if the invitation is confirmed, he “would love to” participate in both.
“No, I haven’t heard,” Young said. “That was the first it was just brought up to me. I guess there’s reports out there, but I’ve been practicing, so we’ll see when I go look at my phone.
