The Atlanta Hawks may have decided a retooling of sorts was in order this offseason and, quite frankly, that may not be entirely complete. However, if there’s one thing that can be agreed upon, at least for now, it’s that whatever the next build looks like, it’s going to prominently feature Trae Young at the center. Unless something unexpectedly changes, Young is the face of the Hawks.
Since he was drafted in 2018 and emerged onto the NBA scene as a dynamic young player with a high ceiling, that has been the case.
