Trae Young was phenomenal on Friday evening, but the Atlanta Hawks eventually succumbed to the Indiana Pacers by a one-point margin. Much was made of the struggles aside from Young but, for Lloyd Pierce’s team, there is no rest for the weary with a Saturday night match-up against James Harden and the Houston Rockets.
Atlanta’s three-game road trip comes to an end with this face-off but, with the Rockets resting on Friday and the Hawks playing an overtime game (followed by travel), outside expectations are low in this spot. The good folks in Las Vegas install the Hawks as 13.
