The Hawks have agreed to a training camp deal with center Earl Barron, according to two people familiar with the situation.
Barron, 34, appeared in 16 games for the Suns last season and averaged 2.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in 8.9 minutes. Barron resumed his career with the Suns after not playing the 2013-14 season.
Barron has played a total of eight NBA seasons with the Heat, Knicks, Suns, Bucks, Trail Blazers, Warriors and Wizards.
