Before the Hawks:
Pachulia was drafted by the Orlando Magic with the 43rd pick in the legendary 2003 NBA Draft. Prior to being selected, Pachulia played professionally for Fenerbahce Ulker, in Istanbul, Turkey from 2001-2003. Pachulia played in only 59 games as a member of the Magic before being selected by the Charlotte Bobcats in their expansion draft. One day later, the Bobcats shipped Pachulia to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for a 2004 second round draft pick.
