Early season struggles raise questions regarding Risacher's long-term ability

Through the first four games of the 2025-26 season, the 2024 first overall pick has struggled to find traction. After missing two of the first three games of the season with a right ankle sprain, Risacher managed just 2 points in 20 minutes against the Bulls.

His opening day performance showed much more promise before this ankle injury, though, scoring 16 points and 2 rebounds in 21 minutes, but that has only brought his average on the season to a measly 9 points and a singular rebound on 44% shooting.

While fans are quick to condemn the second-year wing for his lack of production, this rocky start doesn't reflect the two-way versatility that made Atlanta eager to draft him first overall.
