Injuries have plagued the Atlanta Hawks throughout the 2020-21 season, particularly on the wing. Earlier in the season, Bogdan Bogdanovic missed 25 games with an avulsion fracture in his right knee, and De’Andre Hunter has been sidelined for 41 of the last 43 games with a right knee issue. In addition, second-year wing Cam Reddish last appeared on Feb. 21, missing the last 32 games with what the Hawks describe as right Achilles soreness.
On Tuesday, Atlanta provided an official update on Reddish’s Achilles injury. The Hawks say he “has progressed to running and dynamic foot contacts every other day, and capacity building strength work four to five days a week.
