The Atlanta Hawks had a torrid time against the Philadelphia 76ers. They faced a full-strength team in the first game and for the injury-riddled Hawks. it was a bridge too far. The 76ers humbled them to the tune of 44 points.
The second game started out differently with the Hawks going up by as much as 13 points early. However, this Philadelphia team, when they are healthy, is one of the contenders for the title because they play tremendous defense which super-charges their offense.
While the Hawks lost the second game by 22 points.
