After the intense drama that preceded the game, involving Draymond Green and Kevin Durant — leading to a suspension for Green, that left the Warriors without two of their 4 superstars against the Atlanta Hawks (Stephen Curry was already out due to injury), the Hawks played an entertaining game that showed why you should watch this team whenever you can.
Listen, I know it’s a tanking year and we’ll probably lose a lot of games but Trae Young looks like a generational passer. Yeah his shooting has been just plain bad so far this season (28% from 3, 0-5 from deep tonight) but the way he finds cutters and throws lobs is just awesome and I can’t wait to see him grow into his powers.
