Atlanta Hawks: Are Injury Concerns of Chandler Parsons Behind Him?

The Atlanta Hawks traded for Chandler Parsons this offseason with the Memphis Grizzlies in order to open up a single roster spot – as they traded two bad contracts (Solomon Hill and Miles Plumlee) for one bad contract in Parsons.

Parsons burst onto the scene during the 2011-12 season as a member of the Houston Rockets, where he averaged 9.5 points per game, 4.8 rebounds per game, 2.1 assist per game and 1.2 steals per game while playing 28.6 minutes a contest in 63 total games (57 starts), according to Basketball Reference.
