In exactly one week, the first workouts of the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine will kick off in earnest. The coming days will see countless players, scouts, team executives, and media descending on Indianapolis to gawk at some of this year’s top prospects as they weigh in, talk to teams, and ultimately go through the workouts that will help determine their 2018 NFL Draft stock. It’s half weird meat market, half skills showcase, and it’s the most interesting thing happening on the NFL calendar until free agency kicks off in a couple of weeks.
The Falcons have six draft selections to use in April, and they’ll be watching these prospects closely at the Combine to firm up their existing evaluations and search for some diamonds in the rough.
