In the second and third rounds, the Falcons drafted Marlon Davidson out of Auburn who can play both on the inside and edge of the defensive line and center Matt Hennessy, who could be the successor to Alex Mack once he retires.
The Atlanta Falcons have three draft picks left. two in the fourth and one in the seventh. There is a possibility that maybe the Falcons find a way to trade one of those fourth-round picks to move down in the draft to get a fifth or sixth-rounder. They have yet to address the linebacker position in the draft and the selection of Davidson somewhat addresses the edge rushing.
