Next up for Pro Bowler Devonta Freeman could be 1,000 rushing yards

Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman accomplished one goal -- making his first Pro Bowl, alongside teammate Julio Jones.

So what's next for Freeman? Maybe 1,000 rushing yards.

Freeman could become the first Falcon since Michael Turner (2011) to rush for 1,000 yards if he gains 93 yards over the next two games. Freeman has 907 yards on 218 carries with 10 rushing touchdowns.

If Freeman reaches 1,000 yards, it should be appreciated a little more for several reasons. First, the second-year running back didn't even begin the season as the starter after a training camp hamstring injury hindered his progress.
