Matt Bosher’s reoccurring groin injury will keep him from punting for the near future. The punter suffered the injury warming up against the Philadelphia Eagles, then did not play against the Indianapolis Colts. He played last week but his punts were atrocious.
We knew something was problematic with Bosher’s health as the Falcons brought back Matt Wile on Saturday.
This may end Bosher’s season. The Falcons could elect to bring back Bosher after 8 games, meaning his best case scenario would be to return December 8th against the Carolina Panthers.
