So when Greg Zuerlein's field goal split the uprights with time expired to give the Dallas Cowboys the improbable 40-39 victory on Sunday, Falcons fans still stinging from Super Bowl LI couldn't have been surprised. Angry? Sure, but not surprised. They are seasoned veterans of disappointment.
