FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – Wide receiver (hamstring) and defensive lineman (ankle/knee) returned to the practice field in a limited capacity on Wednesday for the Falcons.
Sanu and Upshaw missed Atlanta’s Week 6 game against the Miami Dolphins. Upshaw was sidelined for three games for the Falcons after suffering his injury in the Week 2 matchup with the Green Bay Packers.
It will be good to have them back,” Falcons coach Dan Quinn said. “They’ve really put the work in, and going through that process can be a difficult one as a player in terms of the rehab.
