Even after the big win last week in New Orleans, no one saw this effort coming from the Atlanta Falcons on the defensive side of the ball. Through most of the season, the offense has not been the problem for this Falcons team.
We all knew what this Falcons team was capable of, we knew the talent level, the dedication and the sweat equity that these guys put in which is why the 1-7 start was more flabbergasting than the blow out wins the last two weeks.
The only aspect of the last two weeks that stinks is that it took two months for Dan Quinn to realize that changes needed to be made and then to make them.
