Falcons shut down practice after staff member tests positive for coronavirus

The Falcons are getting used to virtual practice after the team has dealt with multiple shutdowns following positive coronavirus tests, most recently just a few weeks back after Dan Quinn was fired. Interim head coach Raheem Morris is now dealing with yet another push to virtual practice after another member of the organization tested positive for the coronavirus.

The team announced Friday morning that a staff member tested positive, and they have decided to shutdown in-person operations at Flowery Branch. The Falcons and the NFL are undergoing contact tracing and have returned again to the league’s intensive protocols.
