After a few trades, the Falcons have made their third selection on Day 3 of the 2019 NFL Draft. With the 152nd overall pick, in the fifth round, the Falcons selected RB Qadree Ollison from Pittsburgh. The new offensive staff clearly wanted a big back. With Ollison (225 pounds) and all the offensive line additions, short yardage situations should look completely different from the last few years.
The 22-year out of Pitt is one of the biggest running backs in the 2019 NFL Draft. Coming in at 6’2, 225lbs, Ollison adds depth to the Falcons rushing attack.
