Falcons select CB Jordan Miller with their second fifth round pick

We’re three picks deep into Day 3 for the Falcons. With their second pick of the fifth round—and fourth of the third day—the Falcons selected CB Jordan Miller from Washington with the 172nd overall pick.

It was clear that Atlanta was going add depth at CB after parting ways with CBs Robert Alford, Brian Poole, and Justin Bethel this offseason. After selecting Ohio State CB Kendall Sheffield earlier in the day to likely compete at nickel, Jordan Miller comes in to provide depth on the outside. Miller is nearly 6’1, 186, but he’s got very long arms (91st percentile) and ran a 4.
