Falcons rookie Vic Beasley ready to rush out of comfort zone

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons rookie pass-rusher Vic Beasley Jr. made it known early that he feels much more comfortable rushing from the right side rather than the left.

It's what he became accustomed to at Clemson. It's where he showed the most flashes during the preseason while working next to Adrian Clayborn.

But a stagnant pass rush has led to some tweaks, as was evident the last time the Falcons took the field at San Francisco. Beasley rushed from the left side on all 11 third-down situations he was a part of against the 49ers.
