The Falcons lost a completely meaningless game today. That said, it was truly painful to watch. One wonders what direction, if any, this team has right now. It’s hard to know where things go from here, but hey, look at the bright side: the Falcons first round draft pick stock is skyrocketing. In any case, there were injuries today, so let’s break ‘em down.
Matt Bryant’s back was bothering him coming into the game today. It was obviously affecting him during pre-game warmups but Dan Quinn let him try to kick a 53 yard field goal, which came up woefully short.
