The Falcons tried out a free agent offensive tackle today.
Joe Barksdale was considered one of the better free agent offensive linemen entering free agency. However, he has been making visits for about two months but remains unsigned.
The Atlanta Falcons may change that, bringing in Barksdale to potentially settle the team's unsteady right tackle position.
The move makes a lot of sense for both parties. The St. Louis Rams have said multiple times they are interested in bringing Barksdale back, but the Rams also added 2nd and 3rd round offensive linemen.
