Paul Worrilow and Chris Chester were the only players held out of Wednesday's practice.
Paul Worrilow came out to practice as I was leaving the field today, and he didn't have his helmet. The middle linebacker is listed on Wednesday's injury report as unable to practice with a knee injury. Right guard Chris Chester, who has been battling shoulder and knee injuries over the past couple of weeks, was also held out of Wednesday's practice.
Return specialist Devin Hester (toe), backup center James Stone (knee), tight end Jacob Tamme (back) and cornerback Desmond Trufant (calf) were all limited in practice on Wednesday.
