The Falcons kick off against the Lions shortly, and as we’ve previously noted, they’ll be down Terron Ward, Vic Beasley, Courtney Upshaw, and Ryan Schraeder. That’s the longest injury list of the young season, and it’ll make the sledding a little bit tougher against this Lions team. I’m still banking on a win, however.
There are a couple of small notes to make here that have nothing to do with injury, however. Jermaine Grace is inactive for the first time in favor of Jordan Tripp, a reserve linebacker with significant special teams experience who probably will get a couple of snaps tonight on defense and several more on teams.
