Could the Washington Football franchise make an offer for Matt Ryan?
No one in the Falcons franchise has been committal to Matt Ryan and his future with the club. Arthur Smith and Terry Fontenot have been very complimentary about Ryan but that does not mean they are not open to trades possibilities.
