The Atlanta Falcons have had a glaring need for most of the Thomas Dimitroff era – Offensive Lineman that are worth a damn. Adding Alex Mack several years ago and drafting Jake Matthews have been two of the rare moments of hope in the trenches under Dimitroff.
James Carpenter is the one that I am excited about the most; he brings a badly needed championship attitude to the Falcons. Carpenter has won both a college football national championship as well as a Super Bowl. He has started 97 games in NFL and is a very good pass blocker.
