Kendall Sheffield missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday, a sign that he’ll be limited at best for Sunday’s Week 1 tilt. That’s a major concern because Sheffield is a key reserve who contributes on defense and special teams, but at least he’s not a starter at this moment in time.
