Folks, we made it. The 2019 NFL Draft kicks off tonight, and as it stands, the Atlanta Falcons have the 14th pick. Whether they stay, move up, or (less likely) move down, they’ll make at least one selection tonight, and that pick is likely to be the most impactful one they make.
Where the Falcons will go is less clear. They’ve been linked to a raft of top offensive linemen, especially at tackle, and that makes sense given that right tackle is Ty Sambrailo and reserves at the moment. They’ve also been tied to top defensive linemen at both end and tackle, which is sensible given the team’s lack of long-term elite talent there.
