The Braves enter the offseason with two very unique circumstances at play:
- They are world champions.
- Their franchise cornerstone is a free agent.
Maneuvering around the pressure to prolong the title window while keeping Freddie Freeman in Atlanta is an unenviable task that now faces Alex Anthopoulos. The Braves GM not only must make a potentially franchise-altering decision on Freeman, but must also re-establish the outfield and make necessary additions to the rotation and bullpen. Returning the likes of all four members of the playoff outfield mix seems unlikely, but will the Braves bring back at least two?
