The Braves’ farm system is currently considered by many to be one of the best farm systems in baseball. As of late, the big headlines from the farm system have been provided by Ronald Acuna Jr. as he has been among the more exciting stories in baseball over the last year or so and with good reason. Acuna is poised to make the major leagues early in the 2018 season and will have a lot of eyeballs on him from the first day he debuts.
However, the perceived strength of the Braves’ farm system isn’t in just the top end talent of Acuna, but in the depth in the system, in particular on the pitching side.
