Sutton inducted to Braves Hall of Fame

Longtime Braves broadcaster Don Sutton was inducted to the Braves Hall of Fame at an induction luncheon and ceremony Monday afternoon at Turner Field.

“Watching him do his work over the years has been a real pleasure,” Braves CEO Terry McGuirk said during his opening remarks.

Sutton began his broadcasting career in 1989 when he became an analyst for Braves games on TBS. He spent two seasons (2007-08) as a TV broadcaster for the Nationals before returning to Atlanta to join Jim Powell on the radio broadcast team in 2009.
