Saturday’s Phillies-Braves game delayed by potential rain

PHILADELPHIA - With a nearly 100 percent chance of rain predicted for Saturday’s 4:05 p.m. start between the Phillies and Braves, the game was delayed for an expected 25 minutes.

The tarp was put on the field though rain did not fall and starting pitchers Max Fried of Atlanta and the Phillies’ Aaron Nola were warming up in the outfield at the time of first pitch.
